Cosy room that was big enough for 2. The bathroom was small but we were very happy about it because it's really hard to find a bathroom that's not shared in London. The beds were good, the pillows were good. The staff was very friendly and after our request to keep the curtains closed during the day because of the heat, they did it without making an issue. When we asked for directions to a place where we could swim, a very nice staff lady printed it out for us and we had a nice chat. It was very clean, rooms were cleaned every day. There is a patio outside to have breakfast, a drink, or a smoke which was great. Very close to Euston station, king's cross/pancras station. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast which didn't bother us because there are lots of food options around. We stayed for 4 nights, the room was ready upon arrival and at the day we left there was the option to store our very heavy luggage. We were also allowed to have one last drink at the patio. We had a great stay and we would definitly stay there again. We recommend this hotel.

This was a low cost, near the train station hotel/option that I specifically chose. It was a very tiny room, but not at all inadequate. The purpose was for sleeping as I was sightseeing all day. Staff were on duty 24/7 and each person I spoke with was helpful and kind. TIP - several takeaways in the area for breakfast (within 3 blocks) and there is a lovely courtyard at the hotel with 3 tables to sit at. There is a self-service coffee machine/bar and snacks available for purchase. There is a room dedicated to luggage storage - we arrived at 8:30am and left our luggage there until 6:30pm without any issue. This is NOT a place for people in a wheelchair or with mobility issues - stairs are everywhere. Some small sets of stairs, 2-3 going down to a small hallway where 4 rooms are located and longer stairways to upper floors. Interesting - there are numerous outlets and USB chargers in the room. A single bed, small room, yet there were 6 electrical outlets and 4 USB chargers.

I recently stayed at a hotel conveniently located just steps away from the railway station, making it an excellent choice for travellers. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was also pleasantly warm, although it was a bit too warm for my preference. Overall, a wonderful stay with fantastic convenience and comfort. Many thanks for the kind manager, very friendly and competent person - your help and assistance were greatly appreciated!

The room and the hotel are exactly as advertised. Being in that prime location was most important for me during my stay and it delivered, a 3-5 minute walk away from Kings Cross Station was incredibly convenient for long days out adventuring or doing further international travel. Being a solo female traveler, I felt safe during my stay and the staff were very helpful with anything I needed or any questions I had - being my first time in London, i had a lot of them. The experience was great and again, the hotel is as exactly as advertised.

We had a room with two single beds at the back of the hotel (quieter as there wre big construction works going on in the street at the front). There was enough space in the room for two people to move around comfortably. Happy to have a small kettle with free tea/coffee and free bottles of water. Glad there were two pillows on each bed. The shower was comfortably spacious and there was plenty of hot water/water pressure. Staff remembered greeted us each time we left/arrived.
